Driving Directions

From the 405 freeway:

• Exit Euclid Avenue, turn left and head north for 1.2 miles
• Turn Right on Warner Avenue and head east for 0.2 miles
• CSI will be on your right, just past the main Fountain Valley Regional Hospital Building. If  you cross Newhope Avenue, you have gone too far.

From the 22 freeway:

• Exit Eucild Avenue, turn right and head south for 4.1 miles
• Turn Left on Warner Avenue and head east for 0.2 miles
• CSI will be on your right, just past the main Fountain Valley Regional Hospital Building. If  you cross Newhope Avenue, you have gone too far.
